201 H-1B petitions filed by employers in North Boston News publication area during 2024

Employers based in the North Boston News publication area submitted 201 H-1B petitions during 2024, according to data provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub. Of these, 197 were approved (98%), while four were denied (2%).

Employers are classified under industries based on their reported operations and may be involved in multiple industries.

The North Boston News publication area employers with the most petitions during 2024 included Ebsco Publishing, which filed 21 petitions with an approval rate of 100%, Navisite with 13 petitions and an approval rate of 100%, and Vicor Corporation, which filed 11 petitions with an approval rate of 100%.

Compared to 2023, the North Boston News publication area saw a 5.6% decrease in the number of H-1B petitions during 2024.
