Lindsay Atkinson and Hailey Schnider each scored two goals for the Merrimack women’s lacrosse team in a 13-7 loss to Rhode Island on Saturday at Duane Stadium. Additional goals for Merrimack came from Alli Lamphere, Ashlyn Campbell, and Mia Estelle. Mia Juvelier led the team with eight draw controls.
The team is scheduled to play again on Wednesday against New Haven, with the game set to begin at 3:30 p.m.
