On Saturday, March 29, former Gloucester High School standout Gabriel Espiritu’s current college team, the Chowan Hawks, lost 11-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders.
The game took place at Abbey Yard. This was their third matchup against the Crusaders this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 12 p.m. at Hawkins Field against Shorter Hawks.
