Kur Teng, a prominent former Bradford Christian Academy basketball player, appeared in Michigan State’s 77-64 victory over the Indiana Hoosiers on Sunday, March 1.
The 6′5″ sophomore guard added 18 points and grabbed two rebounds during his 29 minutes on the court.
Looking ahead, Teng and Michigan State will face the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at home on Thursday, March 5 at 8 p.m.
Merrimack baseball scored three runs in the first inning but lost narrowly to Dartmouth. The team will now travel for a conference series against Mount St. Mary’s.
Jack Salva has been named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team after a strong first season at Merrimack. The freshman attack also received weekly conference honors and helped lead his team into postseason play.
These former North Boston area high school athletes will take part in events on Wednesday, April 29.
