Madison Roman has been named Player of the Week for the third time this season, following her performance at the end of the 2025-26 campaign.
Roman contributed significantly in two wins over the weekend. In the first game, she scored 25 points, shot above 50 percent from the field, and made a team-high 11 free throws. She also recorded three assists and finished just one rebound short of a double-double.
In Sunday’s win against Niagara, Roman led with 22 points on 10 field goals and collected 17 rebounds. Her consistent scoring has seen her reach double figures in 19 consecutive games, with more than 20 points scored in four of her last six appearances.
The Warriors are set to compete in the MAAC Championship tournament in Atlantic City this week. Their opening game is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 at 2:30 p.m., where they will face Mount St. Mary’s.
