Merrimack College Athletics has introduced the “Legacy of a Warrior Program,” a new fundraising initiative aimed at celebrating the history and contributions of its football program. The launch comes after recent renovations to the football team’s locker room facilities.

The initiative allows donors to sponsor individual lockers in the updated facility. A sponsorship requires a $25,000 commitment over five years. In recognition, each donor will have their name engraved on a nameplate attached to the locker number they select. According to Merrimack College Athletics, these sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will last for as long as the lockers are in use.

Donors who contribute more than $1,000 will also receive acknowledgment outside the locker room area.

Those interested in participating or seeking additional information about the program can fill out an interest form or visit Merrimack’s giving page for further details.

Recent upgrades to the football locker room were completed as part of ongoing efforts to improve facilities for student-athletes.
