Merrimack men’s volleyball prepares for double-header against LIU

Merrimack College’s men’s volleyball team is set to play against Long Island University in a double-header this Friday and Saturday in Brooklyn, New York. The matches are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

The Warriors return to the court after splitting two games earlier in the week. Dallas Birkenbeuel currently leads the team with 121 kills, while Max Tkachev has contributed 96 kills this season.

Reece Lindstrom has accumulated 274 assists so far and recently surpassed 1,500 career assists. Lindstrom also holds the second-highest number of blocks on the team with 15.

Kyle Standage leads Merrimack with 86 digs this season. Blake Taschner and Birkenbeuel each have recorded 52 digs. In terms of blocks, Jack Johnson tops the list with 17, followed closely by Nick Tidik who has registered 15.
