The Merrimack Warriors men’s basketball team will play against Siena in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J., on March 10.

This game is significant as the winner will earn a spot in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament, which would be a first for the Merrimack program. The Warriors, who are top-seeded with a record of 23-10 overall and 17-3 in conference play, advanced to the final after defeating Sacred Heart in the quarterfinals and Marist in the semifinals. Merrimack secured a first-round bye by winning the regular-season title. Siena reached the championship game by overcoming Mount St. Mary’s and Fairfield.

The matchup will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2, with radio coverage provided by John Avino and Jacob Van Ryn for Merrimack Sports Network. Fans can also watch via ESPN+ or listen through Merrimack Sports Network.

The game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time. Additional coverage and updates about Merrimack’s run in the MAAC Championship can be found on MerrimackAthletics.com and through their social media channels on X, Instagram, and Facebook.

As both teams compete for a place in March Madness, this championship represents an important milestone for Merrimack’s basketball program.
