The Merrimack Warriors men’s golf team finished 13th out of 15 teams at the ABARTA Coca-Cola Invitational, according to an announcement on April 13. The event took place at Northampton Country Club in Easton, Pennsylvania.
The tournament was won by Lafayette with a score of +4, followed closely by Towson (+5) and Drexel (+6). Merrimack ended the competition with a total score of +39.
Among individual performances for the Warriors, Saketh Hegde and Jimmy Schouller both finished tied for 36th place with scores of +7. Schouller competed as an individual, posting rounds of +8 and -1. Nate Crowley finished in 60th place at +10 after rounds of +4 and +6. Rafli Sati and Brendan Zinck each recorded scores of +12 to tie for 71st place. Sean Roddy rounded out the lineup in 87th position with a total score of +18.
The Warriors are set to conclude their season at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship from April 28-30. The championship will be held at Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course in Florida.
