The Merrimack women’s lacrosse team defeated Presbyterian College 16-9 on March 13, marking their third straight victory. Lindsay Atkinson led the Warriors with four goals in the second half, helping to break a halftime tie and secure the win.

This latest result continues a strong run for Merrimack, which has scored at least 16 goals in each of its last three games. Atkinson finished the game with six goals overall, while teammates Hailey Schnider and Mia Estelle each contributed three goals.

The match was closely contested in the first half, with both teams tied at 6-6 by intermission. In goal, sophomore Hannah Lawrence made eight saves for Merrimack.

The Warriors will look to extend their winning streak when they travel to face the University of New Hampshire on Wednesday.

With this momentum, Merrimack aims to build on its recent successes as it moves further into the season.
