Merrimack women’s tennis falls to Bucknell in home match

The Merrimack women’s tennis team was defeated by Bucknell with a score of 7-0 in a home match held Saturday at the Willows Racquet & Fitness Center in North Andover, Massachusetts.

In singles play, Selasie Senanu secured her first set at the No. 4 position, winning 7-6 (4) after a tiebreaker. However, she lost the second set and was defeated 10-5 in the final tiebreaker. Addyson Stadler also competed closely at No. 6 singles but ultimately lost both sets with scores of 6-4 and 7-5.

The result leaves Merrimack still searching for its first win against Bucknell this season.
