Of the 3,512 people living in Nahant in 2020, 56.3 percent (1,978) were women and 43.7 percent (1,534) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Boston News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 367. In the 65 and over age range, there were 581 females and 412 males.
