45

The Endicott men's ice hockey team has been named an NCAA Division III Statistical Champion in three categories.

As a team, the Gulls posted the number one penalty kill in the country behind a .925 percentage.

Meanwhile, Conor O'Brien (Pinellas Park, Fla.) and Mitch Shaheen (North Andover, Mass.) led all of Division III in save percentage (.949) and shorthanded goals (4), respectively.

The Gulls have now produced six NCAA Statistical Champions since the program began in 2015-16.

YEAR IN REVIEW

Endicott posted a 20-7-1 overall record and a 15-5-1 conference mark before falling to UNE in the conference championship. The Gulls also concluded the year ranked No. 13 in the final USCHO.com Poll.

Since the program was elevated to NCAA Division III varsity status in 2015-16, Endicott has compiled 15 or more wins in every full season of play and 20 or more victories in three seasons (2016-17, 2019-20, 2021-22).
