Men’s Lacrosse Takes Care Of Wentworth In CCC Opener, 20-4 | https://www.ecgulls.com/

The Endicott women's lacrosse team bested Wentworth, 20-4, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action on Wednesday night at Hempstead Stadium. 

Jack Damon (Portsmouth, R.I) and Nick Pagluiso (Shelton, Conn.) highlighted the Gulls' attack with hat tricks, while Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and Domenic Russo (Northborough, Mass.) both found the back of the net twice in the convincing victory. 

Ryan Varano (Avon, Conn.), Jack Fiorillo (Mineola, N.Y.) Matthew DiLorenzo (Franklin Lakes, N.J.), Matt Wright (Oregon City, Ore.), Mason Grasso (Bow, N.H.), Andrew Toland (Sudbury, Mass.), Zach Hojnowski (Somers, Conn.), Cam Fernandez (Mendham, N.J) and Domenic Valera (Fitchburg, Mass.) all hurried solo tallies, respectively.

In goal, Tim Luciano (Somers, Conn.) stopped four shots in 30 minutes of action (4-4), while Christopher Tillotson (Monroe, Conn.) recorded three saves in 24:05 of play. 

Zachary Licavoli (East Setauket, N.Y.) also turned away one shot in his collegiate debut (5:55).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Endicott is 26-3 all-time against Wentworth.
  • Varano, Fiorillo, and Grasso found the back for the first time during the 2023 campaign.
  • Grapp notched the first multi-goal game of his collegiate career. 
  • The Gulls are a perfect 4-0 at The Nest this season. 
WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (4-4, 1-0 CCC) travels to Salve Regina on Saturday, April 1 at 12 PM. Wentworth (3-6, 0-1 CCC) visits Gordon on Saturday, April 1 at 4 PM.
