Washington, D.C. — Congressman Moulton released the following statement in response to a routine stock disclosure filing on July 5th.
"My wife Liz is a successful executive who for the last several years worked at Activision. Part of her income came in the form of stock grants. News that the FTC filed an injunction to block the Microsoft/Activision merger was public on June 12th. We sold the stock on June 13th. We have sold stock periodically since she joined to support our income."
