Diesel gas was sold at the lowest price of $3.59 per gallon at one gas station in Essex County during the week ending Feb. 28, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, diesel gas averaged $4.04 per gallon.
Of the 237 reported gas stations in cities within Essex County, 27 offered diesel gas.
