Mepham, Frazao Earn United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Honors

Endicott men's soccer captains Joe Mepham (Sudbury, Mass.) and Tiago Frazao (Trumbull, Conn.) have received United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America honors.

Mepham earned a spot on the first team, while Frazao was selected to the third team.

In total, 42 Division III student-athletes across the country were named to the Scholar All-America list, which is comprised of three teams.

Mepham is now the second student-athlete in program history to claim Scholar All-America First Team honors joining Evan Couchot '20 (Mason, Ohio) on the list.

The men's soccer program has produced four United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America award winners since the program started in 2018.

By virtue of earning Scholar All-America honors, Mepham and Frazao also garnered United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-East Region First and Second Team accolades, respectively.

In order to be eligible for United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region and All-America teams, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.40 cumulative grade point average (GPA), play in a minimum of 75% of a team's contest, and be an elite player as supported by playing honors (All-America, All-Region, minimum All-Conference). A student-athlete must also be at least a junior athletically and meet the highest standards of ethics and sportsmanship as confirmed by a coach on their nomination form.
